Known for our craftsmanship, professionalism, and integrity, we specialize in delivering reliable roofing solutions for commercial buildings, industrial facilities, and multi-family developments. We are actively seeking a Commercial Project Lead to oversee commercial roofing projects from planning through closeout.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage commercial roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely execution, safety compliance, and high-quality results.
- Coordinate with property managers, facility owners, general contractors, and internal crews.
- Supervise daily site operations, including scheduling, safety enforcement, and quality control.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, maintaining strong communication and issue resolution.
- Ensure job documentation, permits, and project logs are completed accurately using our CRM and internal systems.
- Manage subcontractors and crew assignments across multiple active job sites.
- Conduct project closeouts including final walkthroughs, punch lists, and warranty documentation.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing commercial roofing or construction projects.
- Knowledge of low-slope and flat roofing systems (EPDM, TPO, PVC, Modified Bitumen, etc.).
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word) and experience with construction management software (AccuLynx, Procore, etc. preferred).
- Ability to manage multiple projects in the field and office.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
